Making My Dreams Come True

Making My Dreams Come True

Hey readers! Its been a while since I have blogged, and that is because I have been B-U-S-Y. I started school at Southern New Hampshire University, and I was a nervous wreck the first week! I worked my butt off and had my school work done ahead of time, and I'd say my work paid off because I got A's on all of my school work. I learned that I don't need to obsess so much about every small thing and that it's okay to take breaks. Let me say it again, 'cause I know you don't believe me (let's face it - I don't even believe me): IT'S OKAY TO TAKE BREAKS!!!

Ehh-emm. Anyway, I apologize I have been away for so long. I am back, and I am here to write that I am SO PUMPED about school! Even though my life hasn't turned out the way that I wanted it to and my medical issues have placed limitations on me that I will never be able to overcome, there is finally a glimmer of hope in me that believes I can still make some of my dreams come true. I can finally see myself getting my college degree in 1.5 years! I started planning for college when I was in grade school, and I can't believe I am finally fulfilling those dreams to get that degree. If you are reading this, I am here to tell you that no matter what obstacle stands in your way - whether it be health issues, financial issues, relationship issues, or something else - achieving your dreams is possible! If I can overcome years of abuse and medical issues to achieve mine, I know you can achieve yours.

In other news - I'm also doing an internship! I have a few interviews set up with companies in need of social media interns and I am so excited to broaden my horizons in my work field by working with one of these companies. I will learn more about web design strategies, social media marketing, strategies in google analytics and similar databases, writing posts and blogs, and more! This is going to be such a great opportunity for me to learn more about my field and get some experience under my belt before entering the work industry. I am so excited! Eeek!

All in all, it's been an overwhelming, stressful, wonderful few weeks for me. I just want to encourage everyone who reads this to keep on climbing their hill. Because no matter how steep it seems, every you have to CLIMB you also get CONQUER. And I know you all can conquer your hills. Peace and love guys. <3 <3
