More About Me :)

Wondering Who I am? Well take a look!

  • I was abused by both of my parents during my entire childhood until I left at age 17 (almost 18).
  • After 2.5 years of college and a struggle to reconcile with my abusive parents, I had to leave school due to both mental health and medical issues. I have been fighting those issues ever since. The medical ones have kept me out of school and work, unfortunately. I also cut my parents out of my life during this time for my mental health stability and for my protection, due to how they were acting and some of the things they were doing.
  • Medically, I struggle with Systemic Lupus, Lymphocytic Colitis, Interstitial Cystitis, Sjodren's Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, Sinus Tachycardia, Asthma, IBS-C, Sleep Paralysis, TMJ, Bruxism, and many allergies and food intolerances. I also have severe atypical GERD and have had quite a few stomach surgeries for that.
  • My Mental Health struggles include- Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Depression (MDD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and a history of Anorexia.
  • Now for more fun things- I love CATS!!! I love the color yellow. I love to wear black. I love Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter.
  • I identify as female and I am Bisexual, so this is definitely a LGBTQIA friendly blog.

  • I am a talented singer and I love to sing! I love watching musicals!
  • I love sunflowers, I love to write- especially poetry. I love artistic things, though I'm not super artistic myself.
  • I am currently a new student at Southern New Hampshire University-Online and plan to obtain a degree in Communications in hopes of pursuing a degree online that will allow me to work around my disabilities.
  • After a decade of dedicated time in the Christian Church, I left for various personal reasons. However, I now consider myself a Unitarian Universalist and still have good Christian friends.
  • Most importantly- I am passionate about helping other people along my journey!!
